Marie-Monique Robin is an investigative journalist, a film director and a writer. She has written fifteen books, some of which have been translated into twenty languages, and she has produced more than 200 reports and documentaries, and won thirty awards. She received in particular the prestigious Albert Londres Prize in 1995 and the Norwegian Rachel Carson Prize in 2009. She released a new film in 2022, ‘La Fabrique des pandémies’ [‘Making Pandemics’], which is an extension of the book of the same name that she published one year before at the heart of the Covid-19 crisis.
